Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, employing diagnostic tools and methodologies to inform personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize secure virtual platforms to deliver evidence-based therapeutic services, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities tailored to each client’s preferences.
• Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, adapting strategies as needed to ensure effective support throughout the treatment process.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to support continuity of care.
• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development sessions, assisting in building a collaborative, enriching environment for both staff and clients.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Proficient in using technology for remote therapy, including familiarity with various telehealth platforms and EHR systems.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective connection and engagement with clients in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in delivering remote therapy services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques, including trauma-informed care, CBT, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based interventions.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competence in therapeutic practice.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience.
