Work Environment

The work setting at Inner Mastery is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from your chosen workspace while still maintaining the rigor and professionalism expected in a therapeutic environment. Our established outpatient office facilitates billing and coordination of care, while our user-friendly therapist portal enhances your efficiency in managing client documentation and progress. You will collaborate with a talented team of professionals dedicated to best practices in mental health care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments, functional improvement metrics, and goal progress measures to continuously monitor and refine client treatment plans.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation through our streamlined therapist portal, enabling seamless access to necessary client information.
  • Provide weekly evidence-based therapy sessions to adults using synchronous live video methods, adapting each session to meet the diverse needs and circumstances of your clients.
  • Seek support and consultation from the Therapy Leadership Team as necessary to enhance the quality of care provided.
  • Implement multiple therapeutic treatment models, including cognitive behavioral therapy and brief therapy, tailoring your approach to the individual's unique challenges.
  • Engage in collaboration with psychiatric providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment, enhancing the interdisciplinary skill set of our growing therapist community.
  • Conduct thorough mental health diagnoses using the DSM-5 criteria and formulate individualized treatment plans that reflect standard practice guidelines.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base typically includes adults experiencing a variety of emotional disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and trauma-related challenges. As a therapist at Inner Mastery, you will be expected to work with diverse populations, offering culturally appropriate interventions that resonate with an array of life experiences and backgrounds. Your ability to create welcoming and trusting relationships with clients will be pivotal in promoting positive mental health outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.
  • Active and independent licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in the state where you reside; holding licenses in multiple states is a strong advantage.
  • A commitment to treating all populations and providing culturally responsive, equitable care.
  • Proficiency with technology and a willingness to integrate digital solutions into clinical workflows.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with a diverse range of emotional and psychological conditions.
