Position Overview

Inner Calm Progressive Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote position at our specialized detox center. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mental health challenges and be passionate about providing high-quality care to clients navigating difficult transitions. Your expertise will be pivotal in delivering therapeutic interventions that promote healing and resilience among individuals in need of mental health support.

About the Organization

Inner Calm Progressive Therapy is an outpatient mental health clinic committed to providing accessible and effective mental health services to clients of all ages. Our mission is to create a nurturing and supportive atmosphere that fosters personal growth and recovery. We pride ourselves on utilizing evidence-based treatment methodologies to diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related issues. By collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals, we ensure our clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

Work Environment

This remote position allows you to work comfortably from home while maintaining a rewarding connection with our clients at the detox center. While you will primarily conduct therapy sessions online via secure platforms, you will also be instrumental in assembling individualized treatment plans that resonate with each client’s unique background and needs. The position requires flexibility, with some evening and weekend hours included to accommodate clients' varying schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather critical information regarding clients' mental health concerns, strengths, weaknesses, and available resources.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using cutting-edge, evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the specific needs of the clients.
  • Implement various therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to address complex mental health issues.
  • Develop, document, and execute personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions, continually monitoring our clients’ progress.
  • Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other members of the treatment team to ensure a holistic and client-centered approach to care.
  • Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate support, conducting risk assessments, and creating safety plans when necessary.
  • Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups that empower clients to share experiences and leverage community support.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele predominantly includes individuals in various stages of detoxification and recovery who are facing mental health challenges related to substance use and emotional distress. Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, providing support and resources to help them navigate their recovery journeys with empathy and professionalism. You will play a crucial part in promoting mental health awareness and accessibility, ensuring that clients receive the support they need during this transformative time in their lives.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
  • Must possess active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • At least two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, reflecting a solid foundation in culturally competent care.
  • Exceptional knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and best practice treatment approaches in mental health.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills that facilitate effective patient engagement and rapport building.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a detox center or substance abuse treatment setting is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and digital documentation systems to enhance the efficiency of client interactions.
  • A proactive approach to professional development and a keen interest in expanding expertise in behavioral health.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with potential bonuses for outstanding performance. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage, including medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • Retirement plans with employer matching to support your long-term financial well-being.
  • Generous paid time off, inclusive of vacation, personal days, and holiday leave.
  • Ongoing professional development opportunities through continuing education and training programs.
  • Insurance coverage tailored to meet your personal and family needs.
Career Growth Opportunities

Joining Inner Calm Progressive Therapy opens doors for career advancement and professional development in the mental health field. As a member of our team, you will have access to mentorship and training programs designed to enhance your clinical skills, gain specialized certifications, and pave the way for leadership opportunities within our organization.
