Licensed Unarmed Security Site Supervisor

Site Supervisor – Security Operations

Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is seeking a professional, motivated, and dependable Site Supervisor to lead security operations and ensure contract compliance, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service. This position requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage personnel, communicate with clients, and maintain a professional security operation.

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience required• Valid Texas Security Guard Card (TOPS II or TOPS III)• Open availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays• Excellent communication and leadership skills• Ability to create and manage employee schedules• Reliable transportation and active cellphone• Ability to stand, walk, patrol, and work outdoors in all weather conditions• Ability to pass a drug screen• Prior military, law enforcement, or security experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, support, and develop security personnel• Ensure all posts are properly staffed and covered• Conduct training and retraining of officers• Maintain client and company compliance standards• Complete reports, audits, and required documentation• Address performance issues and provide coaching• Perform site inspections and security patrols• Respond to incidents and provide leadership during emergencies• Communicate effectively with management and client representatives

Physical Requirements:

• Walk, stand, sit, climb, and patrol for extended periods• Lift up to 50 pounds when required• Read and interpret written information• Make sound decisions in emergency situations
