Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, using established diagnostic tools and methods.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client evaluations, emphasizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Provide virtual therapy sessions using secure telehealth technology, ensuring a confidential and professional environment.
• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and offer unwavering support throughout their healing journey.
• Document therapy sessions meticulously, maintaining accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to the specific needs and preferences of clients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering mental health services remotely, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients in a virtual format.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical experience providing counseling services in an outpatient, residential, or telehealth setting.
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document therapy sessions and manage client data efficiently.
• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and techniques, along with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in a digital environment.
