As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first and last impression for our guests. Your role is essential in delivering exceptional hospitality and smooth hotel operations.
  • Greet guests and provide warm, professional customer service
  • Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Register guests, assign rooms, and explain hotel amenities and services
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and follow hotel policies

  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
  • Assist with the hotel market, including stocking, sales, and inventory as needed
  • Ensure accurate billing and guest account reconciliation

Qualifications
