Senior Injection Molding Process Technician (Level III)Experienced Mold Setup & Process Technician Needed – Please Read Before Applying

This is NOT an entry-level injection molding position.

We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Process Technician (Level III) with hands-on expertise in mold changes, machine setup, process optimization, and troubleshooting. If your experience is primarily as a machine operator or production associate, this position is likely not the right fit.

Location: Orrick, MO
Pay: $27.00+  (Depending on Experience) More exp, more pay! 
Schedule: 1st Shift

We're Looking For Someone Who Has Experience With:
  • Performing complete mold changes from start to finish
  • Setting up and starting injection molding machines
  • Establishing and optimizing processing parameters
  • Troubleshooting molding defects and process issues
  • Programming and setting up robots
  • Improving cycle times while maintaining part quality
  • Installing and setting up auxiliary equipment
  • Training production operators
  • Basic mold maintenance including replacing inserts, ejector pins, springs, and fittings
  • Using forklifts and overhead cranes to install molds
Minimum Qualifications

Please apply only if you have:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Injection Molding Process Technician, Mold Technician, or Setup Technician
  • Experience performing mold changes independently
  • Experience setting and adjusting injection molding process parameters
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for molding defects and machine issues
  • Ability to start up new jobs and bring parts into specification without supervision

Preferred Experience

  • Scientific molding or process optimization
  • RJG, Decoupled Molding, or similar process training
  • Experience with robots and automation
  • Experience documenting and developing molding processes
