Job description

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:   

The successful candidate will have the accountability to:  

  • Provide support to the manufacturing processes by repairing industrial equipment, including Injection Molding, Material Conveyance Systems, Water Temperature control system and related systems.  

  • Complete preventative maintenance tasks to ensure proper functioning of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.  

  • Perform Kaizen activities.  

  • Perform Inventory Audit for Spare Parts and Inventory 

  • Support Tooling Projects and PMs as needed 

 EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:   

  • Education as an industrial mechanic, electrician, electro-mechanical technician, or comparable experience.   

  • Ability to read, interpret, and analyze electrical/mechanical schematics, block diagrams, ladder diagrams, and flow charts.   

  • Hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC knowledge required. Robotics knowledge is a plus.  

  • Good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.  

Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with production staff
