We are seeking an experienced Machine Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with various injection molding machine models and a solid understanding of plastic product production processes. This role requires a proactive, independent professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair:
    • Perform regular maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance
    • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
    • Replace or repair defective parts using hand tools and power tools
    • Perform regular maintenance and repairs on molds and machinery
  • Operation and Adjustment:
    • Operate and adjust injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance
    • Follow production processes and quality standards to ensure high-quality output
  • Troubleshooting:
    • Identify and resolve issues with machinery in a timely manner to minimize downtime
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with molding machines and molds
    • Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to solve complex problems

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Physical ability to perform tasks that may require climbing, lifting, and working in confined spaces
