Adler Pelzer Group - a growing global Tier One supplier of Acoustic and Soft Trim products to the automotive industry is seeking Injection Molding Process Technicians for the manufacturing operations in Thomson, GA.
The Injection Molding Process Technician monitors operational process flow and quality of production parts related to Compound Injection Molding; and trouble-shoots any equipment problems. Responsible for Machine and Tooling Setup and ensures the accuracy, efficiencies, and parameters of process change.
Responsibilities of the Injection Molding Process Technician:
  • Start up, process and shut down the compound injection molding equipment and lines.
  • Conduct tool changes on compound injection molding lines
  • Assist with Preventative Maintenance of injection molding machine and robots
  • Conduct trouble shooting and maintenance task on compound injection molding lines
  • Operate and trouble shoot robots

Note: This section is not inclusive. Other duties are assigned as necessary to support team objectives.
