Plastic Injection Molding Manufacture in Costa Mesa. One opening 1st shift available.
Injection Molding Setup Experience Needed!
1st Shift: M-F 6:30am - 3:00pm (1/2 hour for lunch, Breaks in between)
Duties Include:
Perform machines startups, mold setups, machine troubleshooting
Mechanically Inclined
Maintain all tooling/inserts
Maintain all auxiliary equipment
Monitor machines controller parameters and adjust as needed
Prep mold bases with appropriate interchangeable inserts
Polish A1 finish when needed
Maintain robots
Attend to machine operators when needed
Inspect quality of parts before start of production
Material handling
Maintain daily machine records
Maintain a clean work station
Mold changes via forklift or crane
Equipment, Toshiba/Navis all electric machines
Organize raw materials
Ability to lift 55 pounds.
Push/slide bases
Must be able to withstand a full shift standing.
Reliable transportation is a must.
Reliable attendance is a must.
Screening Check.
All Training will be from 7:00AM to 3:00PM: M-F.
