Job description

Overview
We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud / Infrastructure Project Manager to lead cloud migration, modernization, and infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong technical understanding of AWS services, cloud architecture, and enterprise infrastructure, combined with excellent project delivery and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AWS cloud and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics

  • Manage cloud migration, infrastructure deployment, and automation initiatives

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and risk assessments

  • Oversee vendor coordination, resource planning, and issue resolution

  • Track progress, report on KPIs, and ensure adherence to governance and security standards

  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of IT project management experience with at least 3+ years in cloud/infrastructure delivery

  • Strong understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.)

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale cloud migration or infrastructure transformation projects

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

  • PMP, Agile/Scrum, or AWS certifications preferred

Preferred Industry Experience

  • Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries is highly preferred
