Job description

  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Infrastructure Services, and Managed Services delivery within large enterprise environments.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery and governance of Infrastructure Managed Services programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage multiple infrastructure workstreams including Data Center Operations, Cloud Services, Network Infrastructure, End-User Computing, Server Management, and IT Operations.
  • Establish program governance frameworks, track KPIs, risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery milestones across infrastructure initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT leadership, vendors, and service providers to ensure successful program execution and operational excellence.
  • Drive service delivery reviews, performance management, incident governance, problem management, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Manage infrastructure transformation programs including cloud migration, modernization, automation, and operational optimization projects.
  • Oversee vendor management, contract governance, resource planning, and third-party service delivery performance.
  • Lead risk management, compliance, audit readiness, business continuity, disaster recovery planning, and infrastructure resilience initiatives.
  • Provide executive-level reporting, stakeholder communication, strategic planning, and leadership to ensure successful delivery of complex infrastructure programs.
