The Sea-Launched Cruise Missile-Nuclear (SLCM-N) program is a critical Navy initiative designed to provide the United States with a "non-strategic regional presence" that deters adversaries. To support the successful development of the SLCM-N missile, Raytheon must establish state-of-the-art lab facilities, missile assembly areas, and secure information systems that meet program requirements.

As the SLCM-N Lab and Cyber Infrastructure Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with Raytheon facilities, security, digital technology (DT), cyber security, the SLCM-N IPTLs, and the Chief Engineer (CE) to plan, fund, and execute the standup and certification of all SLCM-N program-required labs, missile assembly facilities, and information systems. Reporting directly to the SLCM-N Program Director, you will represent the interests of the program team in all facility-related coordination, ensuring all infrastructure is completed on time to support integration, testing, and a rapidly growing team. This role requires experience with lab facility standards, construction planning, and working with external contractors to evaluate and execute facility plans.

This role is onsite in Tucson, Arizona.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the planning, funding, and execution of all SLCM-N program-required labs, missile assembly facilities, and secure information systems.
  • Coordinate with Raytheon facilities, security, digital technology (DT), cyber security, SLCM-N IPTLs, and the Chief Engineer to ensure alignment with program needs and requirements.
  • Serve as the primary interface between the SLCM-N program team and external construction contractors to evaluate construction plans, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with lab facility standards.
  • Develop and maintain capital funding plans in coordination with the program business manager to ensure funds are available for facility construction, furnishing, and certification activities.
  • Represent the interests of the program team in all facility-related coordination within Raytheon, ensuring labs and facilities are delivered on schedule to support integration, testing, and general seating for the growing team.
  • Oversee the certification of lab facilities and information systems to meet program security and operational requirements.
  • Support the SLCM-N Program Director, IPTLs, and Chief Engineer in identifying risks and mitigation strategies related to facility construction, funding, and readiness.
  • Provide regular updates to program leadership on facility progress, budget status, and readiness to support program milestones.
  • Some travel to support business needs.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
  • Program or project management experience to include managing budget and developing funding plans for projects

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage risks in a fast-paced development environment.
  • Experience with defense or aerospace programs requiring secure lab facilities and information systems.
  • Familiarity with Raytheon or similar corporate processes for facility construction and certification.
  • Knowledge of integration and test environments for complex systems, especially missile systems.
  • Leadership experience in managing facility readiness for technical teams and cross-functional coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Active Secret security clearance preferred.

    The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
