The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience managing construction, facilities modernization, installation support, or infrastructure programs within military, federal, or government environments.

JANSON is looking for a Program Manager that will work from the firm’s Headquarters office in Fairfax, Virginia approx. three days a week. For the past 29 years we have supported customers throughout the Department of Defense, Federal and the commercial Defense markets. We are Vision-Driven. Mission Ready!

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 8+ years of program, project, construction, or installation management experience, preferably supporting DoD, federal, or government customers.

· Demonstrated experience managing facilities modernization, construction, renovation, infrastructure, or installation support programs with responsibility for schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.

· Strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams, subcontractors, field personnel, and stakeholders across multiple locations.

· Working knowledge of government contracting environments, including contract performance management, risk mitigation, reporting, and compliance requirements.

· Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and drive successful program outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead the execution of construction, facilities modernization, and installation support programs, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to JANSON’s quality standards.

- Serve as the primary customer interface, building trusted relationships and ensuring exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.

- Manage project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel across multiple locations and workstreams.

- Oversee program planning, resource allocation, risk management, reporting, and contract performance to achieve customer and business objectives.

- Coordinate closely with design, engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and issue resolution.

- Monitor project financial performance, including forecasting, change management, profitability, and margin protection.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and business growth while supporting JANSON’s commitment to innovation and service excellence.
