Your Job
Koch Engineered Solutions is seeking an Infrastructure Operations Supervisor to lead a team that keeps critical technology environments reliable, secure, and ready to support business growth. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop people, improve how infrastructure services are delivered, and partner across IT and business teams to solve operational challenges that directly impact productivity, innovation, and long-term value creation.
The Infrastructure Operations Supervisor will be responsible for leading day-to-day infrastructure operations, developing talent, improving processes, and ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of critical technology environments. This role is well-suited for a hands-on infrastructure leader who enjoys developing people, improving operations, and connecting technology work to business outcomes.
This position is preferred to work in our Tulsa, OK office. However, open to working in office in Wichita, KS for the right candidate. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

The Infrastructure Operations team partners with stakeholders across the business to deliver technology solutions and operational support that enable productivity, innovation, and growth. What You Will Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for infrastructure operations and support activities.
  • Drive a culture focused on safety, operational excellence, customer value, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise infrastructure services.
  • Foster knowledge sharing and capability development across the team.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex infrastructure incidents and problems, driving them to resolution and leading root-cause analysis.
  • Prioritize and coordinate team activities to meet business needs and service objectives.
  • Partner with business, engineering, and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and value creation.
  • Support infrastructure lifecycle planning including upgrades, maintenance, capacity planning, and modernization initiatives.
  • Establish and monitor operational metrics, service levels, and performance indicators.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and operational procedures.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Experience leading, developing, mentoring, or coaching a team, or serving as a technical or team lead
  • Experience troubleshooting complex IT problems across multiple platforms and technologies
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology infrastructure, systems, or operations.

  • Experience leading infrastructure operations in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or technology-focused environment.
  • Experience with cloud, network, server, storage, cybersecurity, or end-user computing environments.
  • Experience with service management frameworks, operational metrics, and incident management processes.
