  • Leading regional teams supporting network and infrastructure services across North and South America in a dynamic, 24/7 environment.
  • Ensuring all infrastructure solutions are reliable, secure, and meet global security and quality standards.
  • Managing vendor relationships, budgets, and project portfolios to deliver seamless service and continuous improvements.
  • Collaborating with global teams to align regional operations with worldwide initiatives like ONE Network, ID, and ATLAS.
  • Driving automation, process optimization, and leveraging AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Overseeing incident, change, and problem management to uphold high service levels and security compliance.
  • Supporting global infrastructure projects, rollouts, and security audits, ensuring smooth deployment and adherence to policies.
  • Fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within your teams.
What you'll bring:
  • 5+ years of experience managing infrastructure operations and supporting complex IT environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of virtualization, storage, OS, network, and security solutions.
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and budgets effectively.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, Agile, Microsoft, VMware, or Redhat are highly desirable.
