Work you'll do

As a Project - Lead Cloud Integrated Infrastructure Engineer II on the Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the design, build, and sustainment of cloud infrastructure supporting financial business systems for government clients
  • Overseeing Linux-based environments and Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure to support performance, availability, and operational requirements
  • Directing infrastructure updates, patching, and system maintenance activities in secure client environments
  • Leading troubleshooting efforts, root cause analysis, and resolution of cloud and infrastructure production support incidents
  • Coordinating with client, engineering, and security stakeholders to support deployments, compliance activities, and infrastructure improvements

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of Linux administration experience
  • 3+ years of Amazon Web Services (AWS) administration experience
  • Experience leading infrastructure operations or engineering workstreams
  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance
  • Ability to work onsite 100% of the time in Chantilly, Virginia
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

  • Experience with Windows administration
  • Experience with Ansible or Python scripting
  • Experience with Oracle administration
  • Experience with Momentum
  • Experience supporting security compliance requirements for government systems
  • Experience mentoring junior team members or providing technical oversight
