THE WORK:
  • You'll support the delivery of MEP systems across data center projects from design through commissioning.
  • You'll coordinate electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and controls systems.
  • You'll review MEP drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs for project compliance.
  • You'll coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
  • You'll monitor MEP installations, progress, schedules, risks, and quality requirements.
  • You'll support critical systems, including switchgear, UPS, generators, HVAC, BMS, SCADA, and EPMS.
  • You'll participate in site inspections, troubleshooting, testing, startup, and commissioning activities.
  • You'll maintain QA/QC, commissioning, and technical documentation, including issue logs and punch lists.
  • You'll support technical changes, project closeout, as-built documentation, and turnover packages.
  • You'll ensure MEP systems meet applicable codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, MEP Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of MEP engineering or construction experience.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including electrical distribution, HVAC, and controls.
  • Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and vendors.
  • Knowledge of applicable MEP codes, quality, and safety standards.
 
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
  • Data center or other mission-critical project experience.
  • Knowledge of switchgear, UPS, generators, BMS, SCADA, and EPMS.
  • Experience with testing, commissioning, and integrated systems testing.
  • Experience with system performance monitoring and optimization.
  • Knowledge of ASHRAE, ISO, IEC, NEC, and NFPA standards.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar MEP design and coordination tools.
  • Goal-oriented, collaborative, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.
$110,000 - $125,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.
