Job Description

The Director, Platform Solutions leads an expert team of highly-skilled and diverse team of IT Architects, Engineers, and administrators to design, build, operate, improve and advance the foundational shared technical environments.  Provides oversight of diverse work centers delivering and managing enterprise-level shared systems to include complex storage environments (Storage Access Network and Network Attached Storage), physical and virtual computing environments with diverse operating systems and technologies, managing multiple owned and co-located data centers, and cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google)..

How You'll Spend Your Time

• You will lead an expert team of highly-skilled and diverse team of IT Architects, Engineers, and administrators to design, build, improve, operate and advance the foundational shared technical environments.  
• You will orchestrate and deliver the foundational, technical capabilities to advance digital transformation initiatives, design and implement advanced technologies in support of business technology roadmaps, and maintain a technical environment that is properly sustained via pro-active life-cycle upgrade projects.  
• You will provide oversight of diverse work centers delivering and managing enterprise-level shared systems to include complex storage environments, physical and virtual computing environments with diverse operating systems and technologies, managing multiple owned and co-located data centers, and cloud services.
• You will envision, produce and advance strategic playbooks and roadmaps that encompass multiple areas such as cloud, automation, storage, and the enterprise network that impact BOKF customers and employees.  
• You will lead staff by creating, delivering, and monitoring the successful execution of clearly understood and meaningful performance goals, develop your staff through mentoring, training, and promoting internal mobility opportunities.  

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through the completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in information systems, computer engineering, or computer science and at least 10 years of directly related experience leading highly-skilled technical professionals, delivering enterprise-level IT solutions, managing financial operations and administering service contracts is required. Consideration is given to earned technical certifications in a variety of fields such as network, storage, computing systems, data center management, and cloud services.
