THE WORK:
  • You'll lead enterprise-wide digital infrastructure and asset strategies that modernize capital planning, project delivery, and operating models.
  • You'll oversee connected asset telemetry programs (e.g., smart metering, IoT sensors, fleet/equipment telematics, building systems instrumentation) including strategy, procurement, deployment, integration, and long-term optimization - to support capital investment planning and asset performance management.
  • You'll translate emerging technologies into practical, implementable solutions aligned with organizational readiness and capital program maturity.
  • You'll integrate digital twins, analytics platforms, and enterprise systems to enhance capital project visibility, asset risk management, and executive decision-making.
  • You'll advise executives on data governance, AI-enabled decision support, and scalable digital architectures for capital programs and regulated or highassurance environments.
  • You'll lead programs involving condition assessment, riskbased capital planning, predictive maintenance, reliability strategies, and infrastructure renewal.
  • You'll align asset strategy with capital funding models, financial planning, operational needs, and longterm sustainability goals.
  • You'll serve as a trusted advisor to owner executives, publicsector leaders, and crossfunctional teams on capital delivery, asset strategy, and digital enablement.
  • You'll build and maintain executivelevel relationships across owner organizations and ecosystem partners supporting major capital and infrastructure programs.
  • You'll facilitate collaboration among engineering, operations, IT/OT, finance, procurement, and governance stakeholders.

  • You'll oversee planning, design, engineering, and implementation of major capital infrastructure programs, including digital and asset components.
  • You'll manage multidisciplinary teams delivering capital projects, digital solutions, engineering services, asset management, and operating readiness.
  • You'll ensure alignment with sector requirements, client expectations, and longterm asset and capital performance objectives.
  • You'll support pilots, demonstrations, and earlystage deployments of digital technologies that scale into enterprise capital and asset programs.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • 10+ years of experience across asset-intensive infrastructure, capital projects, digital transformation, and asset management (public and/or private sector)
  • 10+ years of experience in one or more of the following industries, Rail & Transit, Energy, Utilities, Retail, Automotive, Manufacturing, Airports
Credentials and expertise in combinations of:
  • Digital twins/simulation, IoT/connected telemetry, analytics, AI/ML (including GenAI), and enterprise integration
  • PMIS/PPM platforms, project controls, and capital program governance
  • Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), reliability/maintenance practices, and asset data foundations
  • OT/ICS environments (e.g., SCADA, industrial control systems, building systems, operational networks), as applicable to the domain
  • Condition assessment/NDE approaches and asset risk frameworks
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
  • Proven leadership across consulting firms, technology vendors, owner organizations, ideally in executive roles
  • Strong background in capital program strategy, business development, strategic planning, and market expansion
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder capital and asset-intensive programs and deliver measurable operational, financial, and societal value
  • Experience operating in regulated and/or safety-critical environments, including sector standards, compliance expectations, and public accountability requirements (as applicable by industry)
$150,000 - $300,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.
