The ideal candidates will have significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the healthcare sector, and be adept at managing complex IT projects including the dispositioning of a large number of applications. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare informatics, workflow management, and the ability to bridge the gap between product management and merger teams.
Key Responsibilities: Application Disposition: Manage the disposition of approximately 400 applications, including roadmap development, data capture, and identification of roadblocks for migrating applications to the client's domain. Scope and Dependencies Management: Understand and define the scope of application migrations, including dependencies and integrations with critical systems such as billing. Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between the product management group and the mergers team, facilitating communication and ensuring that product managers, who may lack technical expertise, are well-informed about project developments.
Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple ongoing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget Workflow and Informatics Expertise: Utilize your background in informatics to understand healthcare workflows, ask pertinent questions, and drive project success.
