You will be responsible for initiating and managing a mature framework with a system that ensures implementation of all remediations and maintenance of infrastructure and platform assets to be more secure, compliant and strategically aligned with enterprise architecture.This role demands a strategic mindset to lead initiatives/programs focused on proactive risk and vulnerability management, oversee the execution of the technology โ€“ mandated initiatives and drive rigorous governance of the entire technology asset lifecycle. The ideal candidate will champion a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the Services Technology estate.**Roles and Responsibilities**Strategic governance and Technology oversight: Lead and influence the adherence of strategic architecture principles, standards and policies aligned with enterprise objectives. Technology mandatory compliance: Oversee and govern the execution of firm-wide technology mandates (EOVS, VTM, GEMs, etc.) working with Risk & Control thresholds and Application lifecycle management. Decisive and Data-Driven approach: Strong analytical and judgment capabilities to make critical risk decisions, prioritize remediation, and drive measurable outcomes across the infrastructure domain. Vulnerability and Threat Management (VTM): Implement and manage processes for identifying, assessing, and remediating vulnerabilities across the infrastructure asset base. IT Asset life-cycle management: Asset Manager will be responsible for Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive processes for tracking, managing, and reporting on all IT infrastructure assets (software, middleware, operating systems and databases) throughout their lifecycle. Risk & Control: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with IT infrastructure assets, including obsolescence, security vulnerabilities, and non-compliance. Executive Governance Reporting: Generate and delivery regular, executive-level reports on infra/platform risk exposure, vulnerability remediation progress and tech mandatory compliance adherence Stakeholder management & partnership: Partner with application stakeholders and points of contact to communicate and influence adherence of compliance by scheduling remediations and completing on time.**Qualifications*** Minimum 5 -8 yearsโ€™ experience in Information Technology and over 5 years in IT Risk management, enterprise architecture within a large-scale global enterprise* Proven track record of managing programs across enterprise wide-compliance, risk or remediation programs.* Experience in managing regulatory and audit engagement working along with Risk & Compliance teams.* Demonstrable experience in developing, implementing and maintaining comprehensive process for managing IAM governance.**Technical skills & Certifications*** Risk & Security frameworks knowledge: NIST RMF, ISO 27005, NIST CSF, CIS Benchmarks* Vulnerability management tools: Qualys, Tenable* Infrastructure knowledge: Distributed systems โ€“ Red Hat Linux, Windows, Oracle, SQL Server, Java, Middleware, Messaging and OpenShift* ITSM/ GRC Platforms experience preferred: Services Now (CMDB, ITAM, SecOps, VRM modules)* Certifications if any: CISSP, CISM, ITIL, CITAM/CSAM* Experience in the financial services industry or another highly regulated sector**Education*** Bachelorโ€™s degree is preferred in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Cyber Security or related field.* Certifications if any: CISSP, CISM, ITIL, CITAM/CSAM------------------------------------------------------## **Job Family Group:**Technology------------------------------------------------------## **Job Family:**Applications Development------------------------------------------------------## **Time Type:**Full time------------------------------------------------------## **Primary Location:**Tampa Florida United States------------------------------------------------------## **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**$96,960.00 - $145,440.00In addition to salary, Citiโ€™s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
