We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant – Utilities & Landside Infrastructure Asset Management to support asset information and data readiness activities across airport utilities and landside infrastructure. The role will cover assets such as water and sewerage networks, fuel systems, roads, bridges, parking facilities, and transportation infrastructure.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience with utilities, landside infrastructure, transportation infrastructure, or related physical assets.
  • Experience in asset management, infrastructure asset information, or asset data readiness.
  • Strong knowledge of one or more of the following asset categories:
    • Water systems.
    • Sewerage systems.
    • Fuel systems.
    • Roads.
    • Bridges.
    • Parking facilities.
    • Transport infrastructure.
  • Experience validating, structuring, and assuring asset information.
  • Experience with asset registers, asset hierarchies, or infrastructure asset data.
  • Strong understanding of asset data quality and validation requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver asset data readiness activities for utilities and landside infrastructure.
