The Role & Team
Infovista is looking to hire an Account Director AMER with a solid track record of hunting- to develop, expand, and elevate strategic relationships with the largest Communications Service Provider (CSP), Financial sector, Retail, Utilities & Healthcare groups in AMER region.
We are looking for a sales professional with demonstrated track record of success selling software to our target verticals. To be able to perform in this job, the successful candidate should be able to display excellent Headhunting skills with a proven track record in turning leads to revenue. In addition to winning new logos the Account Director will have experience in revenue maximisation from existing customers.
Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to present those effectively will be a key part to the success of the role. The successful candidate should have a demonstrated experience in meeting targets and success in expanding a Software Companies customer base.
Responsibilities:
• Drive sales of the Infovista Platform in the AMER region, with ownership of the entire quote to cash process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all major customers and prospects in the region
• Definition and execution of Account sales strategies and business plans to drive growth and profitability
• Develop qualified pipelines, and provide accurate forecast
• Oversee Marketing and Demand Generation activities
• Drive VARs and channel partners to maximize coverage, and grow sales
Required Skills:
• 3+ years' experience in selling Enterprise Software to CSPs, FSI, Retail, Utilities & Healthcare groups.
• Knowledge of the CX & Contact Center space.
• Expert knowledge and practical experience of at least one major B2B sales methodology- preferably the SPICED Framework.
• Track record of effective engagement with senior executives
• Ability to travel within the AMER region to meet customers.
• Bachelor's in business studies
Preferred Skills:
• Ability to assess customer requirements, identify business problems, and show proposed solutions
• Ability to influence by communicating ideas and technical concepts effectively
• Ability to adapt, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, and an ability to build rapport
