Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot PI systems (server & client side).
  • Perform PI administration, security management, upgrades, and product evaluations.
  • Design PI system architecture, performance management, and solutions.
  • Manage service requests such as tag creation, access management, asset framework calculations, and vision screen creation.
  • Follow ITSM workflows for approval, execution, and closure of requests.
  • Generate regular reports on service request volumes, types, and resolution times.
  • Identify automation opportunities for repetitive requests.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in PI Administration & System Design.
  • Hands-on experience with PI Security Management, Performance Management, and Solutions Design.
  • Ability to manage service requests with ITSM workflows.
  • 10+ years of experience in configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
