Job description

Emmaus Inc., a non-profit organization based in Haverhill, MA, is seeking a full-time, on-site IT Manager to join our solutions-driven team.
The IT Manager provides technical support for all staff members and oversees the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all organizational technology systems. This role ensures our IT infrastructure remains reliable, secure, and aligned with our goals by leading staff, managing vendors, and driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, and security practices.

Requirements of the IT Manager:

 

Proficiency in Windows operating systems, network management, Voice over IP (Comcast), and cloud platforms including Google Workspace and Blackbaud.

Ability to troubleshoot legacy server platforms, including Windows Server 2016 and Server 2025, with advanced skills to resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.


Ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately.

Ability to identify network outages and inefficiencies, and suggest improvements to strengthen the internal network.

Ability to troubleshoot Windows 11 computers 


Must undergo CORI and motor vehicle records check upon hiring.

Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19


Education and Certifications:
 Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
 Relevant computer certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, or Google Cloud).

In addition to housing, Emmaus offers comprehensive support services including housing search assistance, an onsite licensed social worker, financial literacy training, as well as meals and household supplies.
