Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level IT Technician to join our growing team in Clinton, CT. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in IT within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will support day-to-day IT operations, assist employees with technical issues, and help maintain our systems and equipment to ensure smooth production and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues

  • Set up, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment

  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT problems in a timely manner

  • Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access permissions

  • Support manufacturing systems and shop floor technology as needed
