Position Overview:
Club Car Wash is seeking an IT Support Technician who is ready to expand their career with a fast-growing company. An excellent IT Support Technician must be able to communicate effectively to understand technical issues and problems. They must also be customer-oriented and patient when dealing with team members or customers. We are seeking motivated and experienced candidates who are located near our Columbia, MO location.
As an IT Support Technician, You Will:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance for all IT-related issues.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process.
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information.
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements to existing procedures.
  • Provide technical support to all departments for computer, network, data, telecommunications, and print functions.
  • Run software updates and backups as needed.
  • Learn assigned applications.
  • Create and maintain documentation for specialized hardware and software.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Works on special projects as directed by supervisor.
