Job description

Pay Range: $71,000 - $101,000

    • Execute the project plan to successful outcomes: customer satisfaction, scope, schedule and budget.
    • Identify, document, assign and resolve project issues and roadblocks.
    • Escalate to appropriate stakeholders, driving to the desired outcome.
    • Ability to adjust and pivot in changing circumstances, remain flexible, resilient, and open-minded.

  • Team Leadership
    • Build, inspire, and motivate cohesive and high-performing project teams.
    • Develop and document successful project plans with project team members and stakeholders.
    • Schedule and lead effective meetings; including proper documentation, action items and follow-ups.
    • Maintain individual and department accountability to the project plan.

  • Ensure Aagard Experience
    • Serve as primary customer contact for all new machine projects, from purchase to field acceptance.
    • Communicate clearly, accurately, concisely, and timely with customers; written and verbal.
    • Proactively address customer needs to ensure project success.
    • Ensure projects consistently exceed customer expectations, reinforcing Aagard's commitment to helping customers win.

Knowledge and Experience:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in a Business related field plus 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Previous project management and/or customer relationship management experience preferred

  • Self-confidence and the ability to be largely self-directed

  • Demonstrated success in nurturing customer relationships

  • Experience with Microsoft products including proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Ability to learn Aagard software: Microsoft Dynamix AX, CAD software, Project Management Software

  • Proficient keyboarding skills

  • A conscientious approach to meeting and exceeding customer expectations

  • Passion for excellence and influencing positive change

  • Strong prioritization, time management, organization, proactive decision-making, and attention to detail

  • Confidence and ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers verbally and in writing

  • Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion

  • Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as necessary (1-2 trips annually), and must comply with applicable travel requirements

  • Must obtain and maintain a valid passport (cost reimbursed by Aagard)
