Your Mission:

Execute the day-to-day activities of core Workday HRIS/HCM System. Partner with business leaders to manage the business processes, mature the system, and help support growth and gain efficiency by leveraging existing and new Workday functionality.

This role will contribute to the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Workday system to support HR and business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in HR technology, excellent analytical skills, and a desire to grow in the field of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

What You Will Do:

  • Provide first-level support to end-users regarding Workday functionality, troubleshooting, and inquiries. Assist with the resolution of user-reported issues and escalate as needed.
  • Collaborate with team to implement enhancements in related functional areas of Workday by preparing project plans, gaining cross functional support, system configuration, testing and issue resolution.
  • Ensure data integrity within the Workday system through regular audits and validation checks. Assist in data entry, updates, and corrections as necessary.
  • Ensure all changes and enhancements are well documented utilizing best practices to ensure version control and standard naming conventions strategies are employed.
  • Support development and maintenance of reports and dashboards in Workday to support HR and business decision-making.
  • Support and troubleshoot integrations between Workday and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity.
  • Participate in Workday-related projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and rollouts.
  • Support Workday to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated.
  • Acts as Subject Matter Experts (SME) for HR Systems in the support management in the implementation, maintenance, updates and use of HR systems.
  • Interact with payroll, compensation, recruiting, onboarding, time tracking, leave of absence and/or benefit teams.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelors' degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related area. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal degree.
  • At least one year of experience with Workday, or other HR system experience
  • Demonstrated technical, research and analytical aptitude with the ability to analyze data
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication and presentation skills and the ability to interact with all levels of internal and external contacts.

  • Professional Human Resources Professional certification
