Job Title: KnowBe4 Security Awareness Administrator

Location: Miami, FL

Mode : Contract (6+ Months) - Onsite (Hybrid)

Looking for an experienced KnowBe4 Security Awareness Administrator to manage and enhance the organization's security awareness and phishing simulation program. The role will be responsible for administering the KnowBe4 platform, managing phishing campaigns, maintaining dynamic user groups, developing customized reports, and leveraging data-driven insights to strengthen employee security awareness. Experience with Microsoft Power BI is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the KnowBe4 platform, including users, groups, campaigns, training assignments, and platform settings.
  • Design, configure, launch, and schedule phishing simulation campaigns aligned with organizational objectives and risk profiles.
  • Create targeted phishing campaigns using appropriate templates, landing pages, risk levels, departments, locations, and user populations.
  • Develop and maintain dynamic user groups based on criteria such as department, location, role, risk score, training status, and campaign behavior.
  • Ensure user and group data remains accurate and synchronized with relevant identity or directory systems.
  • Manage security awareness training assignments and remedial learning programs.
  • Monitor campaign performance, including opens, clicks, attachments, data submissions, reported messages, and repeat failures.
  • Create customized dashboards, reports, and executive-level summaries.
  • Analyze trends and identify high-risk users, departments, and recurring behavioral patterns.
  • Recommend improvements to phishing resilience and overall security awareness.
  • Support communication plans, awareness initiatives, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Maintain documentation for campaign configurations, reporting processes, and administration procedures.
  • Collaborate with Information Security, IT, HR, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure security awareness activities align with organizational policies and compliance requirements.
  • Evaluate new KnowBe4 features and recommend program enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience administering the KnowBe4 platform.
  • Experience planning, configuring, and scheduling phishing simulation campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of KnowBe4 campaign settings, templates, landing pages, training assignments, and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience creating and maintaining dynamic user groups.
  • Ability to interpret phishing simulation and security awareness metrics.
  • Experience developing customized reports for technical, management, and executive audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee and security-related information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, reporting, and automation.
  • Familiarity with integrations involving Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, HR systems, or other identity platforms.
  • Experience using KnowBe4 APIs, data exports, and reporting integrations.
  • Knowledge of security awareness metrics and human risk management programs.
  • Experience supporting compliance and audit reporting.
  • Relevant cybersecurity, information security, or security awareness certifications.
