The facility introduces a groundbreaking multidisciplinary care model focused on men's health, bringing together specialists in urology, cardiology, endocrinology, bariatric medicine, and mental health to provide truly integrated patient care in a modern, purpose-built environment.

Job Details:
  • Work in an ambulatory setting providing evaluation and care for urology patients in a newly created men's health facility
  • Monday through Friday schedule with no call required
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including urologists specializing in general urology, andrology, stones, and urologic cancers
  • Opportunity to gain additional experience in cardiology, endocrinology, or bariatric medicine for interested practitioners
  • Initiate patient care meetings with the healthcare team to revise plans of care as patient conditions warrant
  • Participate in total quality management to positively affect patient and system outcomes
  • Potential coverage of nearby practice locations
  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Master's program preferred
  • Must be licensed, or eligible to be licensed, as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of Connecticut
  • Certification or eligibility for certification as a Physician Assistant or National Board Certification as an APRN required
  • Experience in men's health, urology, or men's sexual dysfunction preferred
