As a Global Lab Informatics Sr. Associate, you will be part of the Global Quality team to deliver and maintain world-class laboratory informatics systems. This is a Fixed Duration position (anticipated 3-year contract) where you will provide technical leadership and project management oversight for the global implementation of LabVantage across the Elanco QC Network.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Program Leadership: Lead the global deployment of LabVantage, managing established timelines, providing routine progress metrics, and acting as the primary technical lead for the QC Network implementation.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Serve as the key global point of contact for site QC labs, Global Quality, and IT personnel, while representing business requirements in vendor discussions and negotiating project priorities.
  • Data & Process Optimization: Drive the creation of master data, reports, and dashboards; define and implement business processes to ensure maximum value and effective use of the informatics solution.
  • Lifecycle & Support Strategy: Establish a sustainable support strategy for the long-term lifecycle management of LabVantage, incorporating key learnings and best practices into downstream deployments.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all informatics solutions remain in strict compliance with CSQ/CSV requirements and adhere to Elanco's global quality frameworks, HSE policies, and Code of Conduct.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years previous laboratory experience in a regulated environment (FDA, USDA, VMD) with a demonstrated track record in the use or implementation of LabVantage.
  • Top 2 Skills: Strong technical leadership in project management and advanced quantitative analytical/problem-solving skills.
