Job description

• Lead and manage end-to-end information handover from Projects to Operations for Trion, ensuring structured transmittal of documents, records, and data aligned to operational readiness at the Woodside Houston site
• Define and implement requirements for document and data handover, including lifecycle, retention, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with Operations Readiness and cross-functional stakeholders onsite to configure EDMS platforms (e.g., Documentum, SharePoint) and establish enterprise-wide information classification frameworks
• Map, standardize, and govern metadata attributes across systems (Omega PIMS → Documentum) to ensure consistency, traceability, and reporting readiness
• Develop and manage handover schedules, milestones, and tracking mechanisms to ensure timely and complete transition
• Establish and maintain Information Management (IM) standards, procedures, and governance frameworks aligned to enterprise data strategy
• Lead onsite workshops with business, IT, and document control teams to define IM requirements, resolve data issues, and drive standardization
• Design and deliver training programs, QRGs, and change management initiatives to drive adoption across Operations teams
• Liaise with Digital teams to implement SharePoint-based collaboration platforms and define reporting/dashboard requirements
