Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
8+ years of experience in ERP functional roles, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Materials Management, Data Governance, or Master Data Management.
Deep understanding of supply chain planning and logistics business processes.
Hands-on experience with SAP and/or Oracle material and supply chain master data.
Proven experience leading master data cleansing, harmonization, or ERP transformation initiatives.
Strong knowledge of material master data structures and planning processes.
Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating directly with business stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in global manufacturing environments.
SAP ECC and Oracle ERP experience.
Experience with SAP Material Master, Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM) solutions
Experience with Oracle Supply Chain Management and Planning solutions.
Experience supporting ERP consolidations or large-scale data migration projects.
