RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Dublin, OH that is seeking an experienced and visionary Architect to lead the design, architecture, and technical delivery of high-quality Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM) solutions.
Summary:
In this role, you will craft scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that ensure data quality, governance, and integration across enterprise systems, empowering clients to unlock the potential of trusted data for advanced analytics and AI-driven innovations. This role can be done remote/hybrid. Relocation to Dublin, OH is not required.
As organizations increasingly rely on clean, high-quality data to support digital transformation and AI adoption, your expertise will ensure MDM/PIM platforms create the foundation for AI-ready data ecosystems. You will integrate these solutions seamlessly with broader cloud platforms, data lakes, and analytics architectures, enabling reliable datasets that are primed for AI and machine learning initiatives.
This position is ideal for a technically skilled professional passionate about empowering organizations through strategic data solutions, mentoring teams, and directly shaping enterprise readiness for transformational goals like AI-driven automation and analytics excellence.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
* Extensive experience architecting, configuring, and deploying MDM/PIM solutions with platforms such as Informatica IDMC, Stibo, Reltio, or Syndigo
* Deep knowledge of data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical) for domains such as Customer, Product, Vendor, or Location, with a focus on creating high-quality, AI-ready data foundations
* Working knowledge of product and material domain data - including item master structures, specifications, classifications, and attribution - with the ability to model these for both operational and analytics use cases
* Understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle (from creation and specification through sourcing, publishing, and retirement) and how MDM/PIM governance supports each stage
* Solid background in building integration solutions (ETL, API, real-time) to connect MDM hubs with operational systems, analytics platforms, and AI pipelines
* Proficiency with modern data platforms and engineering tools, including Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or SQL, with a focus on supporting end-to-end data quality and AI-readiness capabilities
* Strong communication skills to translate technical designs into actionable business outcomes and demonstrate the value of MDM/PIM solutions in driving organizational transformation
* Consulting experience with demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and lead engagements from strategy through implementation
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
