MDM Solution Engineer Technical Specialist (MDM SE)

We are looking for someone with the ability to modernize, implement, install, configure, upgrade, migrate, develop, or design Master Data Management (MDM) Standard Edition (SE) technology. Support the move from pre-production or production environment and participate in knowledge sharing for self-sufficiency. This product is formally called Master Data Service (MDS) which was part of initiate products.

Provide deep technical expertise to perform detailed analysis of the MDM environment and support the identification of improvement opportunities.

Requirements
  • US Citizenship
  • Strong, hands‑on IBM MDM administration and configuration experience
  • Data modeling and integration expertise
  • SQL, troubleshooting, and performance analysis skills
  • Knowledge of MDM workflows, matching algorithms, and survivorship rules
