Must have experience with IBM MDM upgardes especially with IBM initiate v10.1 to V11.4
Must have good knowledge on Webspehere Application Servers
Must have expertise on IBM initiate PME.
Must have expertise with high Availability Arctitecture
Must have very good expertise with JAVA, PL/SQL,Oracle
