Job description

Informatica Customer 360/MDM Lead

Location: Bolingbrook, IL (Onsite role - 3 days biweekly, need only local profiles)

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement MDM solutions using Informatica Customer 360, including data modeling, hierarchies, and customer profiles.
  • Design and implement data pipelines using ETL tools like Informatica PowerCenter or IICS to integrate data from various sources into the MDM hub.
  • Implement data quality rules, data governance policies, and ensure data consistency across the enterprise.
  • Manage the lifecycle of customer data, including creation, maintenance, and deletion, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Address critical production data issues, troubleshoot problems, and maintain the MDM system to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of Customer 360 processes and workflows.
Required Skills

Extensive experience with Informatica MDM: 9+ years of experience in Informatica Customer 360 Cloud solutions, with a strong preference for cloud experience.

Strong understanding of MDM concepts: Deep understanding of master data management principles, data integration, data quality, and data governance.

Proficiency in data modeling and database design: Experience with data modeling, database design, and SQL.

ETL and data integration experience: Familiarity with ETL tools like Informatica PowerCenter or IICS and experience with data integration workflows.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Familiarity with cloud platforms: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.

Relevant certifications: Informatica MDM certifications are a plus.
