Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Informatica Integration Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade data integration solutions. This role will focus on building scalable data pipelines, ensuring high data quality, and enabling seamless data movement across cloud and on-premise systems. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Informatica's Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and is passionate about delivering clean, trusted, and AI-ready data to support analytics, reporting, and business operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain data integration workflows using Informatica (IDMC, IICS, or PowerCenter)
  • Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and loading Integrate data across systems such as CRM, ERP (Workday, Oracle, SAP), and data warehouses (Snowflake, SQL Server)
  • Implement data quality rules, validations, and monitoring processes
  • Collaborate with data architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Support data migration, conversion, and modernization initiatives
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data-related issues
  • Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards
  • Document technical designs, mappings, and workflows
  • Lead and/or support business development efforts
  • Lead and/or support proposal development and solution design in support of new and expanded client work

Required Skills

  • 3-7+ years of experience in data integration or ETL development
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) / IDMC or PowerCenter
    • Data Integration, Mass Ingestion, or Application Integration modules
    • Strong SQL skills (data querying, transformation, optimization)
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and file-based integrations (CSV, JSON, XML)
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling
  • Experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with data quality and governance concepts
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Desired Skills

  • Experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) or MDM
  • Exposure to API-led integration patterns
  • Knowledge of Python or scripting for data processing
  • Experience with orchestration tools or iPaaS platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato)
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Git)
  • Experience in industry domains such as Healthcare, Higher Education, Financial Services, or Non-Profit
