Key responsibilities
  • Data Integration Design:
    Analyzing business requirements, designing data integration workflows, and creating ETL/ELT mappings using IDMC tools to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  • Data Quality Management:
    Implementing data quality rules, profiling data to identify inconsistencies, and creating data cleansing processes to ensure data accuracy.
  • Data Governance:
    Establishing data governance policies, managing data access controls, and maintaining data lineage within the IDMC platform.
  • Cloud Platform Administration:
    Setting up and managing IDMC services within Azure cloud environment, including user management, security configurations, and monitoring system health.
  • Development and Deployment:
    Developing and testing data integration solutions, deploying them to production environments, and managing version control.
  • Troubleshooting and Support:
    Identifying and resolving issues related to data integration processes, data quality, and platform performance.
Required Skills for the Informatica IDMC role:
  • Strong understanding of data integration concepts (ETL/ELT)
  • Expertise in Informatica IDMC platform features (Data Governance Catalog, Data Quality, MDM, Cloud Data Integration)
