  • Stand up isolated test environments to validate configuration changes, ensure interoperability, and support rollback planning.
  • Monitor logs, telemetry, and system-health indicators to identify risks, guide remediation, and support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, cybersecurity, and mission teams, contributing to a culture anchored in values, clarity, and impact as reflected in Booz Allen's employee-experience initiatives.
  • Document technical procedures, runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and operational standards to support continuity and team readiness.

You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience supporting CI/CD or DevSecOps-aligned build, release, or configuration management
  • Experience troubleshooting across systems, networks, or application layers
  • Ability to interpret logs, metrics, and telemetry to identify issues and support data-driven resolution
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively and aligned with Booz Allen's values-driven delivery culture
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED and 5+ years of experience with cloud environments, programming languages, and supporting CI/CD or DevSecOps-aligned build, release, or configuration management or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Engineering and 3+ years of experience with cloud environments, programming languages, and supporting CI/CD or DevSecOps-aligned build, release, or configuration management

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, or software products
  • Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-native engineering patterns
  • Experience conducting security testing or supporting compliance frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and ISO 27001
  • Experience producing technical documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides for operational teams
  • Cloud Certification such as AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification

Clearance:
