Job description

Barnes Aerospace is seeking a SyteLine Super User for a 12 month project to serve as the site's functional expert and primary resource for Infor SyteLine 10. This role will lead the consolidation and validation of Infor SyteLine 9 data into Infor SyteLine to establish a single source of truth, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business processes. The Infor SyteLine Super User will configure and optimize the system to support site operations, develop and deliver end-user training, and champion adoption of standardized processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the site's primary Infor SyteLine Super User and functional subject matter expert for Infor SyteLine 10.
  • Lead the consolidation, cleansing, validation, and migration of Infor SyteLine data into Infor SyteLine 10 to establish a single, trusted source of truth.
  • Train team members on Infor SyteLine.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and ongoing governance of ERP master data.
  • Configure and maintain Infor SyteLine to align with the site's organizational structure, manufacturing processes, and operational requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and document standard business processes and best practices within Infor SyteLine.
  • Create user guides, work instructions, and training materials for all functional areas.
  • Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training to employees before and after system implementation.
  • Provide day-to-day support to Infor SyteLine users by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and reinforcing standardized processes.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business users, the ERP Project Manager, IT, and implementation partners.
  • Partner with the Power BI Developer to define reporting requirements, validate ERP data, and ensure dashboards accurately reflect business performance.
  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities to ensure successful deployment.
  • Monitor system usage and identify opportunities to improve user adoption, data quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying enhancements that improve system effectiveness and simplify business processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise using Infor SyteLine ERP, including experience with both Infor SyteLine 9 and Infor SyteLine 10.
  • Experience performing ERP data migration, data validation, and master data management.
  • Experience serving as a Infor SyteLine Super User, Business Process Owner, or ERP Subject Matter Expert.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including production planning, inventory management, purchasing, bills of material, routings, quality, and shop floor control.
  • Experience configuring Infor SyteLine to support business operations and standardized workflows.
  • Proven ability to train end users, facilitate workshops, and drive system adoption across multiple departments.
  • Experience collaborating with Business Intelligence teams, preferably supporting Power BI reporting and dashboard development.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and leadership teams.
