To thrive as our XA Applications Consultant Manager, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred); certifications in ERP, Infor XA, Infor OS, or Cloud ERP platforms highly preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP consulting, ERP implementation, or enterprise applications, with solid expertise in Infor XA, including discrete manufacturing, supply chain systems, inventory, logistics, and financial processes; experience with IBM i environments preferred
  • Working knowledge of Infor OS, including ION, APIs, integrations, and workflow automation, with the ability to design and guide cloud ERP integrations, digital transformation initiatives, and ERP solutions architecture
  • Proven leadership experience as a Senior ERP Consultant, ERP Manager, or Consulting Manager, with a track record of mentoring teams, delivering client-facing projects, and supporting ERP upgrades, modernization, and global implementations; willingness and ability to travel (up to ~25%) and communicate effectively in professional business English required

Your responsibilities as the XA Applications Consultant Manager will include:

  • Lead Infor XA solution design, implementation, and optimization across manufacturing, supply chain, and financial processes
  • Drive project delivery excellence through client-facing leadership, workshops, and escalation management
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of XA application consultants
  • Oversee practice execution, including delivery standards, solution scalability, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support pre-sales efforts with solution architecture, scope definition, and strategic customer advisory for ERP upgrades and cloud transformations
