Job description

Job Title: Lead Infor M3 Consultant

Location: Remote

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Infor M3 Lead to handle the implementation and supervision of Infor M3 ERP. This remarkable opportunity empowers you to coordinate ERP program execution, supply chain processes, and business team member management. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless delivery throughout composition, setup, testing, and deployment of M3 solutions, fostering our mission to achieve outstanding results!

Key Responsibilities

· Act as the main point of contact for all Infor M3-related initiatives across business units.

· Lead requirement workshops with business collaborators and translate needs into functional solutions.

· Provide oversight across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, supply chain, inventory, and warehouse modules.

· Lead offshore and onshore teams responsible for configuring, testing, and implementing M3 solutions.

· Partner with solution architects, developers, and integration teams for end-to-end delivery.

· Develop and supervise project plans, work, and dependencies.

· Ensure alignment to governance, quality, and compliance standards.

· Support UAT, cutover planning, and hypercare post debut.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 10+ years of ERP experience, with at least 5+ years in Infor M3 (functional + delivery).

· Solid understanding of M3 CloudSuite modules: Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Inventory Management, Manufacturing.

· Experience in leading ERP programs and collaborating with various parties in large enterprises.

· Ability to lead integration points with third-party applications (WMS, POS, Finance systems).

· Good communication and presentation skills to collaborate with business and IT leadership.

· Prior experience in retail, distribution, or manufacturing industries is a plus.

· PMP/Prince2 or Agile delivery certifications preferred.
