This role will be based at our corporate office in McLean, VA
This is your chance to be part of a Marketing team that attracts customers to Hilton through strong storytelling, top-rated rewards, and unique customer experiences and partnerships. As the Manager, Influencer Marketing you will support the team in influencer strategy development and execution of creator, influencer and celebrity partnerships that support Hilton's portfolio. On the Influencer Marketing team reporting to the Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing, you will work on projects including paid, owned and earned strategy development for Enterprise and Brand campaigns, content creator programming, the implementation and execution of our process across corporate, hotel, agency and partner teams and other projects that add cultural fuel to Hilton's marketing overall. This is an opportunity to develop and grow a critical function for Hilton and its brands.
What you'll do during a typical day:
  • You will support Hilton's influencer marketing plans by leading campaign delivery from end-to-end. This includes pre-planning (e.g., creator sourcing, scoping, budgeting, coordination), activation (e.g., briefing, creative development, media amplification) and post campaign needs (e.g., asset management, reporting).
  • You will establish foundational processes within teams while being transparent and setting expectations.
  • You will use your expertise in the creator space to identify and evaluate creators for partnership, while being mindful of Hilton's priorities, social trends and upcoming cultural moments.
  • You will manage communication across teams including leading talent-facing briefing calls, concepting with our agencies and guiding hotels on influencer best practices.
  • You will support the production of influencer reports, adhering to our measurement framework and helping to translate performance into a business impact story.

How you'll collaborate with others:
  • You will work collaboratively with internal Hilton teams such as Social, Marketing, Media, Partnerships and Content on creator selection, creative concepting and media and platform strategy.
  • You will work closely with our influencer agency to manage all aspects of campaign execution.
  • You will work with creative agencies to ensure our influencer strategy is represented in broader, Enterprise marketing.
  • You will work closely with Team Members at our hotels to guide them through the process, ensure they see value and educate them on influencer marketing best practices.

Projects Deliverables you'll take ownership of:
  • Lead campaign execution and fulfill media deliverables for brand, commercial and audience-led influencer campaigns and programs.
  • Oversee execution of "always-on" content creator programming.
  • Work closely with Regional Marketing on commercial priorities, leveraging creators to drive consideration for our hotels and destinations.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
  • Five (5) years of work experience in influencer marketing, talent management, social or digital.
  • Experience leading breakthrough, dynamic campaigns and programs to deliver on business objectives.
  • Strong skill to collaborate internally and externally, building positive relationships in a matrixed environment.
  • Creative and proactive thinker with a passion for developing and delivering big ideas.
  • Have a pulse of the latest influencer marketing trends. You know who the rising creators are, content types that are resonating and the brands doing it well and why.
  • Experience with influencer and/or social media management, social listening, and social analytics tools (Sprinklr, Khoros, Sprout, Brandwatch, etc.)

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $85,000 - $120,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
