WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by ensuring accurate order fulfillment, proper inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 

STRUCTURE 

  • Reports directly to the Team Lead and Warehouse Supervisor  

  • Works closely with team members in shipping, receiving, and inventory control 

  • Supports cross-functional warehouse activities as needed 

  • Follows standardized work instructions and safety procedures 

WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and consistently delivers accurate results. The ideal candidate:

  • Communicates clearly and works well within a team 

  • Can follow detailed instructions, including special customer requirements 

  • Is adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment 

RESPONSIBILITY 

  • Accurately pick, pull, and pack orders according to customer requirements  
  • Relabel products to meet vendor and compliance standards  

  • Stock raw materials and finished goods in assigned locations  

  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently  

  • Organize and optimize space within racks and storage areas  

  • Conduct cycle counts for raw materials and finished goods to maintain inventory accuracy  

  • Monitor and assign pick locations to support workflow efficiency  

  • Follow and enforce all warehouse safety regulations and procedures  

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse  

  • Identify and follow special instructions for customer orders  

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management 

Qualifications & Requirements 

  • 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred 

  • Reach truck certification and operating experience required 

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds 

  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (walking, bending, climbing ladders) 

  • Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) 

  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes 

Work Environment 

  • Fast-paced warehouse setting 

  • Requires physical activity throughout the shift 

  • Adherence to safety standards and procedures is essential 

ORIENTATION PERIOD 

The reasonable orientation period for a fully qualified candidate should six (6) months.Â
