Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, providing the flexibility for you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home or preferred setting. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Infinity Wellness Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities and align with clients' unique goals.
• Facilitating one-on-one therapy sessions via telehealth, employing techniques suited to individual preferences, and promoting positive engagement.
• Setting and monitoring therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients to ensure alignment and measurable progress throughout the treatment journey.
• Documenting sessions and maintaining accurate records in accordance with ethical guidelines and organizational standards.
• Participating in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay responsive to new techniques and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Infinity Wellness Center serves a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. As a therapist, you will engage primarily with adult clients and may extend your services to adolescents, creating a welcoming and safe space for all. You'll have the opportunity to employ culturally sensitive practices to meet the diverse needs of our community.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a valid license in the state of Illinois as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Possess a Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster a trusting therapeutic environment.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy while maintaining professionalism in all client interactions.
• Show proficiency in technology and telehealth platforms to facilitate effective virtual therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with:

• Experience providing teletherapy services or familiarity with virtual therapeutic environments.
• Demonstrable experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care approaches.
• History of working with a diverse clientele and understanding various cultural contexts.

Compensation and Benefits

Infinity Wellness Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
