Through a direct-to-consumer model, we deliver premium fiberglass products, personalized in-home consultations, and professional installation-making the window replacement process simple, seamless, and satisfying.

Our Customer Success Associates bring our purpose to life by guiding customers through their journey. This team curates an exceptional, personalized experience by focusing on individual needs and serving as a consistent, trusted resource.

The right person for this role is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities without losing sight of the customer journey. You're proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new systems and processes. Most importantly, you bring a positive attitude, a team-first mindset, and a genuine desire to help people feel confident and cared for throughout their home improvement journey.

Highlights of your role
  • Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments for consultations, technical measurements, installations, and walkthroughs
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, and webchat to provide timely updates and support
  • Input and maintain data in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Review sold jobs daily and create production orders
  • Generate and manage contracts and change orders, including adding financiers and updating payment terms
  • Maintain document accuracy, including uploading documents, notating payments, and creating post-installation work orders
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for customer service
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
